Installing the Bitdefender Plugin
Installation via Solution Center
To install the Bitdefender Plugin via ConnectWise Automate Solution Center, follow these steps:
Log in to Automate Control Center and navigate to System > Solutions > Solution Center.
In Solution Center, go to Security.
Choose GravityZone Cloud Security from the Security Solutions options.
Click Queue to add this solution in queue.
The Solution Center displays 1 Solution in Queue in the upper left corner.
In the Queued Solutions section, click Install/Update.
Navigate to System > Solution > Plugin Manager.
Find Bitdefender GravityZone plugin, right-click on it and select Enable.
Find Bitdefender GravityZone Remote Agent plugin, right-click on it and select Enable.
A confirmation window prompts you to restart the Control Center. Select No.
Note
Restarting the Database Agent terminates any scripts running at that time.
Navigate to Advanced > Reload Plugins and select Update Remote Agent Plugins.
This restarts the Database Agent and Remote Plugins.
Restart IIS server.
Close and reopen the Automate Control Center.
Important
The above procedure also applies when updating the Bitdefender plugin. Restarting the Database Agent, IIS server and the Control Center is mandatory for completing the update.

The following steps describe how to install the Bitdefender plugin manually:

Checking the installation
To check if the installation of the Bitdefender Plugin has completed successfully:
Go to Tools > Bitdefender GravityZone.
In the left-side menu, go to Other > Plugin Status.
Verify the components statuses and, in case of issues, take actions as indicated in Recommendations. Once done, restart the ConnectWise Automate Control Center.
