This page contains two tabs for the tenant reset and authentication settings.
Tenant
If you need to reset the current integration in order to change the HaloPSA tenant or the GravityZone company, use the Reset integration option.
Warning
All data will be deleted, including settings and all integration details. After this action, you will have to reconfigure the entire HaloPSA integration through the configuration wizard.
Authentication
If enabled, the GravityZone Identity Provider (IdP) service can be used to:
Allow integration setup based on the GravityZone user token
Allow log in via GravityZone user accounts if:
The GravityZone user is part of the same company.
The GravityZone user has a partner role with access to all targets.
If disabled, the GravityZone – HaloPSA integration must be configured with a GravityZone API key and access URL, no GravityZone user is allowed to log in via GravityZone method.
