Initial setup
Important
To configure GravityZone Security for Email with your email service you need to follow ALL of the below steps, in the right order. Failing to do so might result in issues with sending or receiving emails.
When you are finished with the configuration, make sure you go through our testing scenarios to make sure it was successful.
Create a GravityZone Security for Email account in the GravityZone console.
Add a list of your email server domains in the Domains page.
Add your managed mailboxes in the Mailboxes page.
(On Premises) Configure your firewall to accept emails from GravityZone Security for Email servers.
Configure your email service to accept Email Security e-mails.
Safelist internal domains for sending inbound emails.
