Requirements

To enable the HaloPSA integration, ensure the following conditions:

  • You have a HaloPSA account with HaloPSA Administrator permission.

  • You have a GravityZone account with GravityZone Cloud Security for MSP license. If not, you can get a Monthly License Trial, which is equivalent to the GravityZone Cloud Security for MSP license. For details, refer to the Licensing section in the GravityZone documentation.

  • To allow callback URL validation, you must whitelist in the firewall the following IP addresses and domains:

    • halopsa.psa.bitdefender.com 

    • 20.250.43.170 

Check the Requirements section in the GravityZone documentation to make sure you can run the Control Center (GravityZone web console) and the security agent (Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools).
