November 2025 - General Availability
Release date: 2025.11.26
Bitdefender announces the general availability of the HaloPSA Integration for GravityZone, now accessible to all MSP partners. The integration requires an active paid GravityZone monthly subscription and a HaloPSA account.
New features and improvements
Asset mapping
This release introduces major enhancements to automation and asset mapping accuracy.
The Asset mappings page now includes an automatic mapping capability called Smart Match, which allows you to associate HaloPSA assets with their corresponding Bitdefender GravityZone endpoints.
Smart Match intelligently compares HaloPSA asset fields and custom fields with GravityZone endpoint properties (label, FQDN, IP address, MAC address) to automatically establish precise associations between systems.
November 2025 - Early Access (Mid-month update)
Release date: 2025.11.12
New features and improvements
Asset mappings
A new Asset mappings page is now available, allowing you to associate HaloPSA assets with their corresponding Bitdefender GravityZone endpoints. With this enhancement, Service Desk tickets generated by the integration will explicitly reference the affected HaloPSA asset, improving visibility and traceability for support teams.
Note
Your defined HaloPSA ticket type must have the Asset field available.
Automatic asset mapping will be introduced in a future release.
Billing
Improved clarity in the Billing section to better describe the mapping between GravityZone protection models, add-ons, and HaloPSA items, ensuring more transparent and consistent invoicing.
Ticketing
Service Desk tickets now include magic links for faster navigation between HaloPSA and GravityZone (link to the affected GravityZone endpoint and related GravityZone incident).
The magic links require a valid GravityZone login session. If no active session exists, users will be prompted to log in. This new feature helps the HaloPSA support team quickly identify the affected device and navigate directly to the corresponding GravityZone incident for efficient investigation.
November 2025 - Early Access (Initial release)
Release date: 2025.11.05
Bitdefender is introducing the HaloPSA Integration for GravityZone, designed to simplify service management, automate billing, and enhance visibility across your protected environments. The integration connects your Bitdefender GravityZone security platform with your HaloPSA tenant console, delivering a unified experience for both endpoint protection and service operations.

The HaloPSA integration is in Early Access. Join the Early Access Program here.
Main features
Client mappings
You can map existing GravityZone companies (or create new companies) to HaloPSA Clients for billing and ticketing operations. Mappings are synchronized and, if any issues are detected, the integration will inform you to take actions.
Detected issues may include: the GravityZone or the HaloPSA client does not exist anymore, the configured HaloPSA items or available invoice template is no longer available, HaloPSA service desk tickets cannot be created or automatically closed, etc.
Billing
The integration automatically reports the number of active protected endpoints and available add-ons for each managed company to HaloPSA every month. HaloPSA uses this data to calculate service costs and generate invoices.
Ticketing
Enable the ticketing service to automatically generate HaloPSA tickets for critical GravityZone security events, including detections from:
Advanced Anti-Exploit
Advanced Threat Control
Antimalware
Antiphishing
Endpoint Detection and Response (with customizable severity thresholds)
Firewall
Web Traffic Scan
Sandbox Analyzer
Ransomware Detection
Network Attack Defense
HyperDetect
This ensures your service team is instantly notified of incidents and can take rapid action to investigate threats.
Known issues
Bitdefender Hyper-Detect alerts with Still present status do not generate a HaloPSA service desk ticket.
The Auto-close tickets for blocked threats functionality will also close current threats alerts.
