Team Members
Team members are partner-level roles, allowing employees of MSPs to manage customer accounts.

Note
When you add your NFR account, users populated at customer level will appear in the team members page, so you don’t have to populate them twice. However, they won’t have a partner role, until you assign one.
Important
NFR account creation is not available for partners using the GravityZone integration. The licensing and creation of NFR tenants is orchestrated by GravityZone.
