SecurityCoach

SecurityCoach is a real-time security behavior coaching platform. It integrates with other security features such as EDR, Firewall, email security tools, to monitor potentially dangerous user-triggered events and respond with timely, contextual security awareness coaching.

The platform works by ingesting event data from GravityZone, identifying user actions that violate security policies or exhibit risky behaviors such as clicking on a phishing link, downloading malicious files, or visiting blocked websites, and then triggering an automated response. That response is usually a short, personalized security reminder or training message sent directly to the user, typically via email or Microsoft Teams, or Slack.
