GravityZone MTD Zero Touch Activation for iOS supervised devices

This update introduces a new feature that allows for the configuration of iOS-supervised devices, ensuring that the protection remains constantly active and cannot be deactivated by the user. The zero-touch feature of this functionality ensures a seamless user experience without any manual intervention. Additionally, it is designed to seamlessly integrate with an existing corporate VPN without causing any conflicts.

Phishing detections

Implemented a feature that enables device users to report a link associated with a detected risky or malicious site to Bitdefender for subsequent examination and analysis.

Enhanced permission experience

Enhances user experience by offering comprehensive guidance for selecting the appropriate location permission on their device.

Language improvements

Improved the language translation functionality, resulting in improved accuracy and efficiency. Users can now expect a more seamless experience when utilizing translation features within the application.

Resolved issues

Enhanced overall system stability for improved performance and reliability.

New Features

  • Deep Scan Forensic Analysis 

    This feature enables users to perform a thorough scan on their device, checking for any potential compromises, by displaying a summary of actionable results. To activate this feature, you must select the Enable Forensic Analysis feature setting in the Manage > General page of the Mobile Security Console.

  • iOS Shortcuts 

    A new tile was added in the dashboard. The iOS shortcuts functionality provide a convenient way for users or apps to automate a series of actions. 

    Apps have the ability to install shortcuts on the device as part of their basic functionality, but shortcuts can also be added directly from Apple or from external websites. 

    This feature identifies potentially harmful iOS shortcuts and provides the user with the option to delete them from their device.

    Note

    This feature requires iOS version 16 or later.
