Linux kernels supported by Blocklist, Application Blacklisting, and PHASR

For most of the supported Linux systems, the Application Blacklisting, Blocklist, and PHASR functionalities are available only with kernel 5.0 or higher.

As an exception, on the supported RHEL 8-based operating systems, they are supported from kernel 4.18.
