Using GravityZone AI Assistant
You can access GravityZone AI Assistant from any page of the GravityZone interface by clicking the dedicated button in the top-right corner of the window.

On the GravityZone AI Assistant side panel, you have two options for asking a question:
Select a predefined question from the Prompt suggestions list and click Send (
). After you select a question, you can edit and refine it in the text input field before you send it.Enter a prompt in the text field at the bottom of the panel and click Send. As you start typing your prompt, the character counter in the bottom-right corner of the panel is updated in real time. If your prompt exceeds the character limit, the character counter text turns red, an error message is displayed, and the Send button is disabled.
Once your prompt is sent, it appears as a right-aligned dialog bubble in the chat view. The response is displayed as a left-aligned dialog bubble under your question. You can request more information or ask additional questions by using the text input field. If you send a new prompt while another one is being processed, the new prompt is queued until the assistant can respond.
Note
To prevent excessive strain on the GravityZone AI Assistant infrastructure, we may place certain limits on the number of prompts that you can send during a daily, weekly or monthly interval.
To copy a prompt to the clipboard, hover over it and select Copy prompt (
) next to the text bubble.
To copy a response, click Copy response (
) under the response text.
To start a new chat, click New chat (
) in the top-right corner of the GravityZone AI Assistant panel.
To view a list of your previous chats in reverse chronological order, click Open navigation menu (
) in the top-left corner of the GravityZone AI Assistant panel. The navigation menu allows you to access your chat history for Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, and Older. If the full chat history does not fit onto the panel, the Load more button at the bottom of the panel allows you to display additional chats.
To resume a previous chat, click its entry in the list.
To rename or delete a chat, click the actions button () next to its title in the chat list and select the appropriate option from the menu.
You can also find chats by using the search field in the upper part of the panel. The search function returns chats whose title contains the text string you entered.
To open the Bitdefender Control Center documentation, click Support documentation at the bottom of the navigation menu.
To close the navigation menu and return to the main GravityZone AI Assistant panel, click Close navigation menu (
) on the upper-left side of the menu.
Usage credits
GravityZone AI Assistant currently has a monthly usage limit of 200 prompts per company. The counter is reset at the beginning of each month.
To view your total and remaining usage credits for the current month, click AI Assistant in the GravityZone interface, then select Open navigation menu and click Usage credits at the bottom of the menu.
Submitting feedback
Let us know your thoughts on any answer that GravityZone AI Assistant provides by clicking either the Good response (
) or the Bad response (
) buttons below the answer. Clicking Bad response displays a list of questions that allow you to provide additional information. You can select the reason for your feedback from a predefined list or click Other and type your feedback in the text input field. You can also specify whether or not you would be open to a short follow-up call. When you are done entering your feedback, click Submit.
We eagerly await and value your input on this feature.
