Field Descriptions
After activating the license, a dedicated section called Email security becomes visible in GravityZone.
This section enables you to perform the following actions:
See all companies that are associated with your tenant
Create accounts for companies
Open Extended Email Security Console
Create Account
The Create Account option is available when:
The Extended Email Security add-on is active.
No EES console has yet been provisioned.
The user is authenticated via GravityZone IDP.
The user has the Manage Networks right associated with the account.
Provisioning Process
The administrator clicks Create Account.
The system validates:
License entitlement
Company status
GZ IDP authentication
A dedicated Extended Email Security tenant is created.
The tenant is automatically associated with the company in GravityZone.
The provisioning process completes.
