Previewing an Email

Emails in the Live Email Tracker can be previewed before being delivered or deleted.

Step 1:

Navigate to the "Live Email Tracker" page in the sidebar.

Step 2:

To preview an email, click the "View” located on the rightmost column of the corresponding email. This will open a modal showing more details and the email body.

Note

All links and attachments are disabled for security.

Step 3 (optional):

Use the “Deliver”, “Delete”, or “Download” button.

  • Deliver - Delvers the email (and creates a rule if option selected). More info here:<insert link>

  • Delete - Deletes the email (and creates a rule if option selected). More info here: <insert link>

  • Download - Downloads a copy of the email. This can be used to view quarantined messages more closely before delivering them to the end user.
