Previewing an email

Emails in the Live Email Tracker can be previewed before being delivered or deleted.

Note

Only quarantined emails can be previewed. To disable previews at the partner level, see the preview settings documentation.

  1. Open Live Email Tracker

    In the sidebar, open the Live Email Tracker page.

  2. Preview the email

    In the rightmost column of the corresponding email, select View. A window opens with additional details and the email body.

    All links and attachments are disabled for security.

  3. Choose an action (optional)

    Select Deliver, Delete, or Download.

    • Deliver delivers the email and creates a rule if the corresponding option is selected.

    • Delete deletes the email and creates a rule if the corresponding option is selected.

    • Download downloads a copy of the email. Use this option to inspect quarantined messages more closely before delivering them to the end user.
