Overview
Extended Email Security (EES) is an add-on available for Bitdefender GravityZone business customers. In B2B licensing, access to EES is controlled through:
License key activation (add-on entitlement)
GravityZone Identity Provider (IDP) authentication.
Access to Extended Email Security is limited to users authenticated through the GravityZone IDP.
Identity and Access Requirements
Extended Email Security provisioning and console access require:
Authentication via GravityZone IDP login.
A user role with sufficient permissions in GravityZone. For B2B end customers you need the Company Administrator role, and for MSPs you need the Partner role.
Note
Users who are not authenticated via GravityZone IDP or belong to accounts without proper entitlement are not able to see or access Extended Email Security.
The Extended Email Security section becomes visible in GravityZone only if:
The Extended Email Security add-on license key has been successfully introduced.
The user is authenticated using GravityZone IDP.
If any of the above conditions are not met, the Extended Email Security section will not be displayed.
