Live Email Tracker

The Live Email Tracker provides visibility over all email traffic, including inbound, outbound, and internal messages.

Note

Email information is retained for 90 days

The Live Email Tracker is available within all three levels of the portal:

  • MSP Level (Global): Provides central visibility of email traffic across all customers where partner access is enabled.

  • Customer Level: Allows admins to view email traffic specific to their customer account.

  • End-User Level: Enables users to view email traffic to their own mailbox only.

Clicking "View" opens a modal that provides additional information about the email.
