Windows
Supported on all Windows versions compatible with BEST:
Windows for workstations: 10 and later.
Windows for servers: Server 2016 and later.
Linux
Supported on all Linux distributions compatible with BEST.
Available only with specific kernels. For more information, refer to Linux kernels supported by Blocklist, Application Blacklisting, and PHASR.
Limitations
Available only in Detection and prevention operation mode.
The Request access functionality is not supported.
PHASR detections are not displayed through a local BEST GUI and are instead logged in system log files.
When PHASR and On-access scanning are both enabled, PHASR inherits the protected paths and exclusions defined by On-access scanning.
macOS
Supported on macOS Monterey (version 12) and later.
