Resetting login passwords

To reset the password of other GravityZone accounts from the Control Center console, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Control Center.

  2. Go to the Accounts page.

  3. Click the user's name.

  4. Type a new password in the corresponding fields (under Details).

  5. Click Save to apply the changes.

    The account owner will receive an email with the new password.

Note

  • For this purpose you must have Manage Users rights.

  • If you encounter issues with your own password, refer to Reset your password.
