Modify License Count

Note

For customers using the GravityZone integration, modifying license count is performed exclusively through GravityZone.

Note

For customers using Azure Sync, license and mailbox counts are updated automatically.

For customers not using Azure Sync, the license count must be modified manually:

  1. Open Customers

    Select Customers from the sidebar.

  2. Locate the customer

    Locate the customer you want to modify.

  3. Edit the customer

    Select the pencil icon to edit the customer.

  4. Update licenses

    Update the Licenses value.

    Note

    On the Users page, mailbox and license counts are displayed.

    • Mailboxes with the User role require a license.

    • Mailboxes with the Functional Address role do not require a license.

    The license count should match the number of User mailboxes plus Administrator mailboxes (excluding the built-in administrator).

  5. Save changes

    Select Submit to save the changes.
