Linux kernels supported by Blocklist and Application Blacklisting

For most of the supported Linux systems, the Application Blacklisting and Blocklist functionalities are available only with kernel 5.0 or higher.

As an exception, on the supported RHEL 8-based operating systems, they are supported from kernel 4.18.
