Troubleshoot Hyper-V slow connection with GravityZone

This section provides steps on how to troubleshoot a slow connection issue between Hyper-V and GravityZone.

After installing the Bitdefender GravityZone appliance on your Hyper-V environment, you may encounter a slow network performance on the virtual appliance guest operating system.

A possible solution would be to disable the Virtual Machine Queues, on the server network card by following these steps:

  1. Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings.

  2. Right-click your pysical network card and select Properties > Configure...

  3. On the Advanced tab, navigate to the Virtual Machine Queues option and select Disable.
