Troubleshoot “Download failed” error message in GravityZone Control Center


Sometimes, due to Firewall or Content filtering solution in your network, you may not be able to download the installation kits (BEST (for Windows and macOS), etc.) on the GravityZone On-Premises appliance, resulting in the following error message:

Check Connectivity

Check Update Server Settings

Verify if the Update Server settings are correct, specifically if the Packages Address is accurate, by following the below steps:

  1. Log in to GravityZone Control Center.

  2. Go to Configuration > Update > Components > Settings.

  3. Check the Packages Address.

    The correct address is:




  4. Click Save.

  5. Try to republish the kit.
