The following section describes the GravityZone data retention policies.

GravityZone notifications

The default retention policy is 30 days. However, you can set your own values. The maxim allowed value is 365 days. For information on how to change the default policy, refer to Configuring notification settings.

GravityZone incidents and alerts

Incident and alert data is available for 90 days.

GravityZone data used for reporting

Data in GravityZone that is leveraged for reporting is available for 2 years.

Sandbox Analyzer samples

Samples submitted to Cloud Sandbox Analyzer are deleted immediately after detonation.

Samples submitted to Sandbox Analyzer On-premises are available by default for 14 days. Users can extend this period up to 730 days in the Sandbox Manager section of Control Center.Sandbox Manager

Sandbox Analyzer reports

The HTML reports using data from samples submitted to Cloud Sandbox Analyzer are available for 365 days.

The HTML reports using data from samples submitted to Sandbox Analyzer On-premises are available by default for 14 days. Users can extend this period up to 730 days in the Sandbox Manager section Control Center.

Extended Email Security

Reports within Analytics in Extended Email Security can be generated for Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days and Last Calendar Month. The reports can be generated for specific customers at partner level or by each customer for their own tenant.

Live Email Tracker provides visibility over all email traffic including inbound, outbound and internal messages, depending on the solution used.

Email information is retained for 90 days.
