What is a Family Secondary Manager?
A secondary manager is an adult family member designated by the family manager to help oversee the Bitdefender family subscription. This role includes the following permissions:
- Member management: Invite and manage other family members, excluding the primary family manager and any child profiles created by them.
- Security and monitoring: Customize security settings for adults and monitor protection status across family members and devices.
- Activity insights: Access the Family Activity dashboard for reports and an overview of the family’s digital health.
Note: Changing payment methods and terminating the subscription are handled exclusively by the primary family manager.
