Note: If you run out of seats on your license and you need to protect more devices, you can install the Bitdefender Client on your new devices right away, and they will be granted trial coverage for up to 30 days, at no additional cost. During those 30 days, you keep your new devices protected, and reach out to us for the extension offer.

I need help with finding my license key

1. Log into the GravityZone Control Center. While in the main Dashboard view, click over Welcome, <name> in the upper right side of the page.

 

2. In the resulting drop-down menu choose My Company. The license key is shown in the License section, below Company Details.

 

3. If you have renewed your license, you will have to validate it by clicking the Check button to the right.

 

4. Remember to also click the Save button, at the bottom of the page.

Make sure my product is up to date

Bitdefender security agent automatically checks for, downloads, and installs updates every hour (default setting). Automatic updates are performed silently in the background.

You can change these settings from Policies/Update Options (page 124 User Manual)
