Hi @wayneryl If you still having this issue try uninstalling the VPN (only the VPN) and then reinstall the VPN by clicking on the VPN tab in the bitdefender dashboard.

The Uninstall Tool has all the predefined files/folders and registry keys and will delete them one by one. Take care....
