...I still recommend to uninstall the firewall and reinstall it back once Bitdefender is successfully installed. This is the only workaround I can think of....

This version still gets stuck at 84% so I'll wont be able to update through automatic or manual update to version 27.0.41.201 so I'll have to uninstall and reinstall from the bitdefender central install...
