Hello @Kempie This is a very good question 🙂 Yes, Bitdefender has self protection against uninstalling and stopping processes....

...As you only have the shortcut, the VPN is not installed, thus it will not be available in the programs list to uninstall.

Just did not want to use up any more installs. b
