You get this message is because the application gets uninstalled/moved to a different location before the scan is finished. This cannot be achieved programmatically by a different application....

I have uninstalled and reinstalled Bitdefender and I still have the issue— 2 years later. The "delete all" button does NOTHING....

So, no 3rd party uninstallers or even the Kaspersky removal tool recognizes or sees KTS. Kaspersky and Ultra AV have been no help. Only Bitdefender recognizes Total Security and won't install....
