As a thorough-check to identify if Bitdefender is creating a conflict, I uninstalled Bitdefender completely and ran AlchemCharts....

Have done all listed on on the Bitdefender support links I have done a repair reinstall I have done a full uninstall and reinstall and run through all Run an install as administrator, run BFE_repair Rebooted...

Install Problem 2015 Version I have run the uninstall toll 7 or 8 times and always the same error message.....bitdefender can't uninstall automatically bitdefender 2011. uninstall manually....

i used Revo uninstaller pro and i removed the VPN easy.
