I think the next steps would be to confirm that Bitdefender is fully updated and that windows has all current cumulative updates, then run a clean reinstall, mainly to rule out damaged components....

hello again, somewhat of a fix; going to settings > apps > installed apps and uninstall game assist. Though apparently game assist can reinstall it self when Microsoft edge updates....

This is the time period when SecurePass stopped launching on my computer and I had to download and reinstall it. Not sure what caused that as SecurePass was working fine prior to that time....

Thanks, what if I completely uninstall the one I'm not using and reinstall the one I want to use? Any negative system/performance effects from this? Any pros/cons of using AVG or Avast?...
