The McAfee uninstall tool said it "failed" after two tries, but it did remove enough to satisfy BitDefender and I was able to reinstall BD with no problems. Success!

Downloaded and installed total security but central says my laptop is still at risk

...My next step will be to delete the app for a few days and reinstall it, If the scan amounts do not increase I will uninstall the app permanently. If any one has any ideas I welcome the help
