In order to reinstall I had to re-use the uninstall tool to remove all traces from the previous install... Once uninstall, again the WAN problems were back......

Hi @larryxdenise If you do a complete uninstall and re-install, you will lose all of your previous settings. If you run a repair, some of your settings may be saved and some lost....

Tried to uninstall this BD install but not listed in " Programs and Features ". 4th Run 2015 install - in the hope that it repairs or uninstalls the 3rd run BD install in installation phase states...

I unintalled both of them and uninstalled Armoury Crate again, switched Bitdefender back on and restarted the machine....

Uninstall trial after full product install I had the trial version of Total Security installed on Win 11, then installed the full version....

I used the online uninstaller for bitdefender total security 2020 and it was uinstalled with error. The message said to contact customer support for help....
