If so, run a repair as was posted, or do a complete uninstall using the uninstall tool, and reinstall it from your Central Account....

You need to go to Bitdefender Central, remove the device from your account, then reinstall it by downloading and running the installer on the device.

Select Bitdefender Antivirus Free and click on Uninstall. In the wizard click on Reinstall and follow the instructions. Hope that helps....
