Hi, I think the best way to find out would be to uninstall Bitdefender, then install the update, then reinstall the software and the next time this happens, try to disable the security modules in Bitdefender...

By the way, I would like to inform you that I followed the support instructions by reinstalling the program, but the "problem" was not resolved....

...So, started reinstall, even did google play clean/uninstall. Few times still unsuccessful. Even trying to uninstall was 1 time impossible from Play store! I think i had to force remove from apps....

...They wont let me uninstall Bitdefender Total Security from their machine so i'm currently paying for their security when i dont want to....

...The uninstall process is a little faster than using the full BD uninstall program and I guess it saves having to find the BD uninstall....
