Hello @sara17 From experience this issue might be due to incomplete removal of BEST during the uninstallation process....

Bit Defender keeps telling me that I need to uninstall it… Oh, and another thing is that the software made me do was to uninstall Malwarebytes during the installation so this software is quite anal....

I have signed into my account a couple of times, it says under Device Details the my Security and VPN are installed....

...If the issue persists, a clean uninstall and reinstall may help.
