I am the same, but when installing Bitdefender's product, it is compulsory to uninstall another company's product, but I think it can not be helped....

Uninstalling Bitdefender the problem would go away. After further testing we figured out that the problem returns only if we reinstall BitDefender with the "Network Protection" features turned on....
