Reinstall or something else?

...I was in contact with BitDefender support about it, but all they could tell me to do was uninstall, reinstall etc. and creating a new user profile was the only fix....

Tech support sent me a link to download an uninstall tool for their free version A/V. I ran it and then reinstalled the program afterwards. So far all seems ok... no requests to reboot....

However, uninstalling and reinstalling Bitdefender Mobile Security has solved the problem and I can use VPN again. Thank you for your help....

now using the official version and uninstalled bitdefender and everything is working like a charm....

Then I uninstall it all from Control Panel, and when I try to reinstall it, the installer does not continue and it closes automatically....

I did go to Control Panel and uninstalled and then reinstalled from an admin account. I was then able to enable Ransomware Remediation from my Standard account....

I did an uninstall and compete reinstall of BD but no luck  I only can work in Safepay mode when I manualy open Safepay. No autorun nor advise to start Safepay in a Windows-message....
