Hi @dc74 In knowing that, if you have Bitdefender installed on the Windows 10 PC, I would do a complete uninstall from Apps. Then go into your Central account and remove that PC from your Devices....

New installs should ask us if we want to install it or not, and if we say no, it should NEVER install after that. Also if we do install it and uninstall it, it should NEVER return....

Some resolved with uninstall and reinstall, this one isn't resolved that way. I also am thinking it is triggering 11 to think there are issues at time and bsod as well but no proof of that yet....

In Windows, go to Apps and click on your version of Bitdefender Total Security/uninstall. You'll then be given the pop-up option to reinstall, which is essentially a repair....
