Hello @Hitbit, If Bitdefender is already installed on your devices, you won't have to reinstall the software if you are changing the license/subscription....

As much as I hated to on a new system, I did uninstall, reinstall Firefox. Instead of the MS Store, I downloaded direct from Mozilla, (using Edge) and problem solved....

So I uninstalled then reinstalled and it appeared in the list.

They may need to help repair/reinstall the Bitdefender certificate on the device....
