Eventually the advice from BD was to uninstall BD and reinstall it which has fixed the problem. Thanks Phil

If I uninstall Bitdefender Total Security - then the BSOD stops and after installing it - it comes back in a few days... Have the latest update from Dell as well as Windows Updates.......
