Results for "uninstall"

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the product based on recommendations earlier in this thread but still have the same problem....

Did an Uninstall/reinstall but still missing. cannot find any help. Anyone any ideas please?? Cheers, David...

Uninstall Bitdefender, add the files into the Control folder access, then reinstall Bitdefender and see how it goes....

Just an update: Uninstalling and reinstalling Bitdefender fixed the issue.

And if all else fails with support, or it becomes to involved, you could try running a Repair (Reinstall), and see if that resolves it....

I have uninstalled the MyQ app and reinstalled it without any change in the symptoms. Thank you, Scott, for your help.

Update: Uninstalling Bitdefender corrects the problem. Reinstalling Bitdefender recreates the problem. Any ideas for a fix?
