If you uninstalled Bitdefender and any process shows as Bitdefender still active it appears the uninstall didn't perform properly. What did you use to uninstall?...

...Reboot and the VPN is uninstalled AGAIN. I UNINSTALLED Bitdefender again, reboot and installed JUST the VPN. It seems to work and did not uninstall after a reboot....

Then I reinstalled BD and now I have the same issue again. Is the virtual drive maybe missing something like a serial number?...
