I uninstalled that agent and cleaned registry with ccleaner and tried again with fresh installation, and it suceeded. Hope this helps Stay safe...

Hello @Hallof_e Unfortunately, Parental Controls cannot stop a Windows reset/reinstall or block it. You would need to create a Local Account/Standard User on that PC, to block that ability....

Uninstalling Bitdefender was the only solution for me after several hours of wasted time trying to resolve this at my end, but I can now read all new emails coming in....
