The issue was detected on "BUNKER", but yesterday I could finally solved it using the uninstall tool on the website that allowed me to remove the entire suite from my hard drive....

I keep uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. So frustrated with this. What do I need to do...

So, after you remove the device from the "My Devices' section in Central, simply reinstall Bitdefender on that device....

As this issue reoccurred again, I did the uninstall followed by reinstall. This fixed it again, but a week or so later it reoccurred!! I have now sent the logs to the support team.
