Hello, The functionality is not 100% guaranteed on beta versions… My recommendation would be to uninstall Bitdefender, and if the issue persists afterwards, then this is not caused by the antivirus....

I used the Bitdefender uninstaller. It offered an option to reinstall Bitdefender. When I did this I ended up with an installation of Bitdefender 2019....

Try the clean uninstall with the official removal tool, check that services start correctly, and re-register with Windows Security Center....
