I have Bitdefender AV Free installed, and it is blocking NOVNC on browsers
...If I uninstall BD AV Free, things get back to normal, otherwise it is impossible to use remote control via NOVNC on web browsers. BTW, instruments under control are Siglent Oscilloscopes.

1st of all uninstall McAfee with it's uninstall tool or use revo uninstaller pro's free version in Safe mod if it's already been deleted, it ll wash all of the McAfee's leftovers.
