Hello @Rock.87 Did you by chance have Point-in-time restore enabled, that you could try to go back to a previous restore point, before you uninstalled BD?...

This is an issue I've had for years, it's a known malware incorporated in the bitdefender total security software, I had to write a batch file to run at startup to uninstall it....

Perhaps a practical way to troubleshoot this would be to uninstall Mobile Security temporarily, or just disable scan storage....

...Then uninstall and reinstall Bitdefender.....

So, after trying the uninstall process one more time and using CCleaner, restart your device and check again if the VPN still reinstalls automatically....
