Hi Alex, no I am trying to install a new version as the old one is running out. The specs of my PC are ok. No other errors displayed, I have a LAN connection .

Hi, If your previous Bitdefender version is still installed on the device(s), it's not necessary to install the new version....

When I uninstall and reinstall the application as you said, (with Appcleaner) the problem persists....
