End of support for ConnectWise PSA via Automate plugin

Bitdefender announces the end of support (EOS) for the ConnectWise PSA integration via Automate plugin, effective April 30, 2026. This decision supports our effort to focus development and support on the ConnectWise PSA standalone integration, which delivers enhanced performance, flexibility, and new features.
After April 30, 2026, the ConnectWise PSA integration via Automate Plugin will continue to function as usual; however, it will no longer be supported by Bitdefender. Partners using this integration are encouraged to migrate to the ConnectWise PSA standalone integration to benefit from continued updates and technical assistance.
You can migrate in one of these ways:
Reset Plugin (recommended): Available with the upcoming ConnectWise Automate Plugin release.
Important
This action will also reset your ConnectWise Automate integration, which will need to be reconfigured.
Assisted migration: Contact the Bitdefender Enterprise Support Team via ticket for personalized assistance.
We strongly recommend completing the migration before April 30, 2026, as the ConnectWise PSA standalone integration will continue to receive full support and new capabilities.
