How to open a case with Bitdefender Enterprise Support

There are several ways to report an issue or ask a question to Bitdefender Enterprise Support team, including:

  • Phone. Business customers call any of the phone number allocated for their country detailed on the Enterprise Support Contact page.

  • Email. Business customers send an email to the appropriate address allocated for each country detailed on the Enterprise Support Contact page.

  • Live chat. Business customers can reach out to support through the chat widget available on our Support Center.

  • Web form. Business customers can submit a support case via the Bitdefender web form in the support area of this website.

  • CustomerZone. This is the Bitdefender’s main customer support portal for business customers. Please note that you need account creation and an organization validation before being able to open a case with support. Access Bitdefender CustomerZone here.

  • Product support form. Business customers can submit a support case via Bitdefender GravityZone support form. You will be able to submit a case to Bitdefender support by using the contact form in the Help & Support page of the GravityZone console.
