This page enables you to quickly request expert assistance in the event of a cybersecurity incident or to explore forensic and recovery services.

Clicking Explore redirects you to a Bitdefender webpage where you can learn more about incident response services and the partnership with CYPFER. This page provides additional guidance and resources for organizations experiencing a security breach.
Requesting DFIR support
The Experienced a Breach? section allows you to rapidly engage CYPFER’s incident response team.
Clicking Contact CYPFER redirects you to a dedicated DFIR request form, where you can submit an incident response request.

To submit the request, provide the following information:
Contact details such as name, work email, company name, and phone number
The type of your request, which can be one of the following:
Urgent incident response (for active breaches, ransomware attacks, or ongoing cyber incidents)
Advisory/preparedness (for preventive guidance, readiness planning, and security posture improvements)
Sales/partnership inquiry (for commercial discussions or partnership opportunities)
Breach support (for assistance related to previously identified breaches)
Incident response (for incidents that require investigation but are not actively impacting operations)
Cyber insurance status
